All orders are for intangible digital items (instructions in PDF format) that can neither be returned nor refunded. By completing the order process you confirm that you have read a message displayed to this effect during the checkout process.

If we notice that the items are downloaded from several locations (diffeent ip numbers), we reserve the right to block the download.
