A great way to get rid of one 50 gr-ball = 1.75 oz-ball of thin wool or wool/acrylic yarn is knitting something in Shetland lace technique. This infinity scarf can be worn as a shrug, hat & scarf, scarf, neck warmer or a shoulder warmer – all ways look interesting.
Yarn: Light fingering / 3 ply / 480 m in 100 gr / 525 yards in 3.5 oz. Measurements: 30 cm = 11.8’’ length; approx. 100 cm = 39.5’’ width all around (can be stretched out to 140 cm = 55’’). Total yarn usage is 260 yards (240 m).
